Black Cinema Club HTX Film Festival Vendor Application
Black Cinema Club HTX is now accepting vendor applications for the BCCHTX Film Festival 2026, taking place April 17–19, 2026.
Our festival celebrates Black film, culture, creativity, and community, while creating opportunities for local businesses, creatives, and brands to connect with attendees throughout the weekend.
This application is for small businesses, creators, and brands interested in participating as vendors at the festival. All applications will be reviewed by the Black Cinema Club HTX team, and vendors selected as the best fit will be contacted with the next steps.
Please note that vendor space is limited, and submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance.
If selected, vendors will receive additional information regarding setup instructions, vending guidelines, and payment details.

Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and are due after vendor approval.
In addition to on-site access to 200 to 300+ creatives and attendees each event day, selected vendors will also receive promotion across Black Cinema Club HTX platforms leading up to the festival.
